Post pressing induction heating Hot Lamination Machine at low energy consumption

This machine is for post pressing hot lamination.It adopts low energy consumption induction heating system.The working temperature is 80 to 130 degree,temperature tolerance is one degree.The accurate temperature control will gurantee good lamination quality.

Punching knife,the position of punch knife should be set 1-3mm nearby the film. Adjusting method for film punch device is same as the one for slitting device.

Film-roll,the film roll is put on the tension roller. Magnetic-powder brake is used when installing film roll. In this machine, two tension rollers are provided.

Working principle,Paper sheets fed by automatic feeder are transferred to the front register and laminated with film. The laminated paper sheets go through anti-curve device, then to slitting system and at last to delivery table, the whole laminating process finishes.
