SWAFM-1050GL high speed chain knife thermal film laminating machine is suitable for BOPP film,PET film,metalzied film and etc..The max working speed can reach 100m/min.This machine has pre-stacker device,none stoping feedar system,none stoping stacker,make the work efficiency very high,is a good asistant for big printer.
This machine is designed for max paper size B0 size,at the same time max speed can reach to 120m/min,around 50000-100000pcs per day,can maximum process capacity of printing factory,warmly welcome by customer and final users.Machine no needs to stop when you refill the paper or collect laminated paper,making the lamination efficiency very high.
SWAFM-1050GL is used for BOPP PET PVE thermal film. The machine adopts automatic feeding, automatic slitting after lamination, and has stable, high-effective features. Schneider, Omron famous electrical components are used in the machine to ensure the stability and safe. The machine is automatic, feeder is automatic feeding, electromagnetic heaer is used for heating roller to keep the precision of laminating temperature. PLC control system is also used in this machine. It has the advantages of high precise feeding, stable working, long service lift and convenient maintenance. It is suitable to laminate those products like cards, certificates, files, book covers, and packaging boxes etc.
