Semi - Auto Commercial Laminator Machine Manual Feed Automatic Cutter Double Side Laminating
SFML-520B semi-automatic film laminating machine is a post-press equipment which laminates pre-glued film on printed paper. The machine is equipped with frequency converter for infinitely variable speed, and runs stably. It is also furnished with unique anti-curve device. When the laminated paper is conveyed through the anti-curve device, the cut paper is not curly again but kept even and straight. The heating roller adopts the heating mode by aluminum-casting heater to avoid oil pullution. The finished products has advantages of good adhesion, high transparancy and strong three-dimention.
The machine has the features of advanced design, reasonable structure, stable performance, beautiful appearance, small space, light weight, simple operation, long service life and convenient maintenance.
The machine adopts BOPP pre-glued film to do single-side of lamination or double-side for printed paper. It is widely applied to the lamination of books, magazines, paintings, wall calendars, maps, packing boxes and bags etc. After being laminated by film, the printed products are of excellent adhesive strength, clear picture, vivid effect, water-proof and damp-proof.
Working principle
Paper sheets fed by automatic feeder are transferred to the front register and laminated with film. The laminated paper sheets go through anti-curve device, then to slitting system and at last to delivery table, the whole laminating process finishes.

Configuration
1. Machine is equipped with no paper miss sensor, which are controlled by photoelectric and mechanical systems. When no paper or paper break occurs, the machine will stop automatically for self-protection.
2. Man-machine interface system: color touch screen simplifies the machine operation. On the touch screen, working status of the machine can be checked at any time.
3. Upper and down heating roller are equipped with special heater for raising temperature. Individual temperature control perfected the temperature keep steady,ensure the precision of double side lamination temperature.
4. Pneumatic pressuring system provides automatically stable pressure to guarantee good laminating quality. And the pressure can also be adjusted upon requests.
5. Pneumatic separator system realizes automatic paper separation.
6. After separation,paper sheets are collected by jogger.
